Samuel Hanes, or "Spooky Sam", is a character that appears in The Halloween Mask, as well as being a character Slimebeast roleplayed on the NoPixel GTA RP server.
Appearance in The Halloween Mask
Sam is described as wearing a green pumpkin mask, a noose made of thorny vines, and a suit.
In the story, Spooky Sam is introduced as a home invader who has been tormenting the narrator on Halloween night. Sam explains that the home used to belong to him, and has a hidden lower floor where he drugs and imprisons others to serve as his "trick or treaters" and cause chaos when Halloween comes around.
Appearance in GTA RP
On the NoPixel GTA RP server, Sam dressed much like his story counterpart, and operated a Halloween shop. Sam was the head of Los Santos' black market organ trade, referring to body parts as "props" and dealing them to whomever needed them for various reasons. Later on, he started a funeral home to further cover for the black market trade, and to make transporting and storing bodies legal.

- Unfortunately, Sam's RP storyline on NoPixel ended when Slimebeast was metagamed/powergamed (two common forms of cheating in RP) by another player for OOC (out of character) goals. This player was well-liked by NoPixel staff, so upon reporting the player, Slimebeast was banned from the server, with no rule-break even cited, to cover for them.
